Length: Four semesters

Program Description: Leads to the four-level NCCER Carpentry craft credential. The Carpentry curriculum helps learners to build general carpentry skills before moving into advanced topical coverage of framing and finish carpentry, as well as concrete and form carpentry to focus on specific carpentry career pathways. A 4-year apprenticeship program can use the entire curriculum to cover the full scope of Carpentry topics and meet required apprenticeship hours. Alternatively, a shorter training program can focus the Finish Carpenter or Form Carpenter paths for trainees.  

Admissions Requirements: Individuals accepted for Admission to the College are eligible to enter the program. Students are expected to be proficient in basic English, mathematics and reading. Appropriate developmental courses are available for those who need to update their skills.
