MGCC is closing the Office Skills Career Studies Certificate program. No new students will be admitted for Spring 2025. A teach-out plan has been created for currently enrolled students, who have until the end of Spring 2027 to complete the program. Length: Two Semesters (one year of study)
Purpose:The Office Skills Career Studies Certificate is designed to provide entry level employment skills for occupations related to office settings.
Admission Requirements: Students who meet the admission requirements to the Collegeare eligible for enrollment into the program. Individuals are expected to be proficient in basic English,mathematics and reading. Appropriate developmental courses are available for those who need to update their skills.
Program Description: The Career Studies Certificate in Office Skills is the first step toward and may be built upon to earn the Administrative Support Technology Certificate and the Business Management with a Specialization in Administrative Support Degree.
